The team, led by Michael Internosica, represents a veritable who’s who among sales professionals, tracing its success across South Florida luxury condominiums and condo hotel marketplace. Collectively, the team has generated more than $2 billion in sales of luxury condominium and condo-hotel properties.

“I’ve personally worked with each of these professionals,” said Internoscia, himself a highly-successful real estate broker with more than a decade of experience selling high-end, high-profile condo projects. His successes include Canyon Ranch Miami Beach Living, ONE Bal Harbour, Terra Beachside, the Fontainebleau Sorrento on Miami Beach and AXIS at Brickell Village in Miami.

The Marina Palms Sales Team Includes:

  • Carmen Gamarra and Shawn Gamarra: A mother and son team, who were formerly with ONE Sotheby’s, experienced in development sales. Among the 10 projects they have done are 500 Brickell, 50 Biscayne, ONE Bal Harbour and Cielo on the Bay. Both are skilled brokers with deep relationships locally and in Argentina and Brazil. Ms. Gamarra is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Nelly DaSalvia: Most recently, Nelly was a Senior Sales Executive who helped sell out Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach. Born in Venezuela, she as deep ties there as well as in Argentina and Brazil. DaSalvia is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Jessica Bostwick: A veteran of onsite sales with Canyon Ranch Living Miami Beach and Terra Beachside, she most recently was with ONE Sotheby’s.
  • Martha Ruffin: Formerly with Cervera Real Estate, Martha has worked on high-end Brickell Avenue projects such as the Marquis, Icon and Viceroy. Earlier, she was part of the sales team at Aventura Marina in the 1990s. Fluent in Spanish and French, she has ties in Mexico City, Argentina and Venezuela.
  • Jennifer Markovich: A relative newcomer to South Florida, Jennifer knows luxury high-rise sales, having worked on the W Las Vegas.
  • Rein Hammer: This seasoned sales executive was a former sales associate for The Palms Fort Lauderdale and Ocean Palms in Hollywood, both developed by The Plaza Group.
  • Gina Morgan: As contract administrator and broker, Gina oversaw day-to-day contract administration escrow management and all customer details from date of contract signing through closing at properties including 500 Brickell, The Plaza and The Marquis on Brickell.
