The center will open to potential buyers in early February, with the grand opening scheduled for later in the month.

A Glimpse Inside

A wall of glass up to 15 feet in height will offer a panoramic view eastward over what will be the $400 million development’s centerpiece – the full-service, 112-slip marina. Our full-scale, 2,156-square-foot model unit will represent a two-bedroom (plus den), two-and-one-half bathroom residence tastefully designed by Interiors by Steven G. It will feature available fixtures, finishes and appliances, like Snaidero cabinetry; Wolf, and Subzero appliances; and stone counter tops.

Beyond the model unit, the sales center will feature a state-of-the-art sales presentation application fully integrating revolutionary 3D modeling technology across almost a dozen monitors ranging in size from 55 to 80 inches. A 1/8-scale model of the entire project – from the two towers with a combined 468 spacious residences to the waterfront promenade – will hint at the 360-degree, unobstructed vistas available from all residences.

Prospective buyers visiting the center will be able to relax in various living rooms, seating areas and a lounge, café and bar area where beverages and pastries will be served. The center also will offer executive offices, meeting spaces and private closing rooms.

An outdoor terrace will extend out to the marina and dockside seating areas. A 400-foot paver walkway will afford a chance to stroll along the future marina and get a feel for the promenade. The entire site will be lushly landscaped.
